Returns & Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges will only be given if the goods are returned within 10 days from receipt of your order, and if the good are in perfect condition for re-sale, and unopened. To return any products to us, please email us at info@tillyandbeau.co.uk to advise that you would like to arrange a return. In the subject heading please state RETURN and detail the unwanted items you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting.

We will not be responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Therefore we strongly recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery. Buyers are also responsible for any costs that occur when returning goods.

The refund will be issued when the stock is accepted back into our studio. Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be paid within 10 working days.

Should you select a more expensive item for the exchange, please include a cheque for the difference, payable to Karen Harbour.

Our Products

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of our Products. Your Products may vary slightly from the images on our site.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a 2% tolerance.

In respect of personalised products we make such products according to the information (in whatever form it may take) that you provide to us. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide including any spelling or grammar is correct and accurate.

We cannot accept the return of personalised products if the reason for the return is because you provided us with incorrect information. Note that this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to personalised or made-to-order products that are faulty or not as described.

Information about you and your visits to our site

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.


Viruses, hacking and other offences

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
